Imagine.
Your dream ring begins with your imagination. Are you looking for a solitaire? Or would you prefer a halo? Are you looking for simple and classic? Or intricate and unique? Whether you know the details of what you’re looking for or not, our Design Specialists are here to guide you through every step of the way.
During our Initial Consultation, we sit down with you to explore and discuss your vision for the ring. If you’re looking for some inspiration, our Showroom has hundreds of rings to choose from, and we can definitely incorporate our own designs into your vision.
The Diamond.
One of the most important steps to our process is selecting The Diamond. During our Consultation we will provide you with a brief Educational Segment on diamonds – going over the most important elements, and providing you with some secrets on how to select the perfect diamond.
We work directly with many Diamond Exporters and Manufacturers across the world and have access to thousands of diamonds. This gives us the ability to find you the greatest quality, for the greatest price. Following our meeting, our Diamond Specialists will source multiple diamond options for you to select from, and we’ll help you make your decision.
Get Creative.
Once The Diamond has been selected, this is when we get to be creative. All of the ideas and visions of your perfect Engagement Ring that were discussed during our Initial Consultation come into play during this step. This is when we design your ring!
We use industry leading CAD software that has been specifically designed to create jewellery. Our Design Specialists have extensive knowledge on this Software, and can create essentially anything that you can imagine!
During this step in the process, things become very collaborative. We will create the first rendering of your design, and forward it over to you to get your thoughts. If you approve, we move onto the next step. If there are changes you would like to make, we will gladly make those. We will not move forward with the process until you have approved the final design.
Bringing Your Vision to Life.
Once the design has been finalized, let us do what we do best and put our quality craftsmanship to work! In this step we take our rendering and form it into the metal of your choice (10k, 14k, or 18k Yellow/White/Rose Gold or Platinum). We then polish and prepare the ring for diamond setting.
Before setting our diamonds, they must first pass our Stringent Quality Control Standards. We individually examine the diamonds that will be set inside your ring (Yes, even the diamonds that are as small as 0.50 of a millimetre). We ensure that our diamonds are all matched in colour and clarity, while calibrating all of the diamonds to 0.01 of a millimetre. Until these standards aren’t met, the diamonds won’t be set in your ring.
Once we’ve filtered through the diamonds, our Diamond Setters take care of the finishing touches. They have over 30 years of experience setting diamonds with a microscope under 50x Magnification. This allows us to set each diamond with precision, and provide you with a secure/durable ring that lasts you a lifetime.
The Delivery.
Last, but definitely not least, its time for you to take delivery of your ring. All of our collaborative efforts from discussing your vision, to selecting your diamond, to building the ring, come down to this moment. For us, this is the most memorable and exciting moment since we get to witness your reaction to the work we put in over the past few weeks.
Upon delivery, we’ll give you a brief explanation on how to care for your ring, details on your paperwork, and information on any other questions you may have.
